When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped no later than 2 to 3 days after receiving them. If you need a more accurate date please contact us by any of the methods listed to the right.
Where is your service available?
Regular shipping rates apply and are only available in Canada.
Actual shipping charges plus a surcharge rate applies to all shipments going to the United States. The surcharge is to offset the cost of export documents required for each shipment. The minimum surcharge will be $5.00 to a maximum of $25.00 depending on the complexity of the order (plus shipping). Please contact us by any of the methods listed to the right for complete details on your shipment.
When should I order?
You may order up to 30 days prior to your delivery date. We generally ship within three days of receiving your order. Please allow extra time for seasonal deliveries.
How do you ship?
We ship by Canada Post.
How much will it cost?
Shipping rates are variable. You will be advised prior to shipping.
Can I pay by cheque or money order?
We cannot accept cheques by phone or for online orders. We can, however, accept cheques or money orders by mail. Once you have mailed in your order with your cheque or money order, we will place the order (we allow about 3 business days for your cheque to clear). We need the following information with your order: Product choice(s) and size(s), your email address if applicable, delivery date, ship to name, address and phone number, your name, address and phone number. Cheque or money order made payable to "The Sweet Shop". Please mail to the address on the right.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for receipt and processing of your order. If we have questions we will contact you at the phone number you provide. When your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.
